Myth - you need a lot of money to start
Reality
No-money-down strategies are a core part of what we teach. Kevin McDonnell built a £19M+ portfolio starting from nothing - using the exact techniques our trainers cover. You don't need a large deposit to get started. You need the right strategy.
Myth - you need property experience
Reality
None required. Whether you've never bought a property or already have a portfolio, our trainers meet you where you are. The courses are built to guide you from wherever you're starting - no prior knowledge assumed, no experience needed to walk through the door.
Myth - you need to be young to start
Reality
Progressive students range from their early 20s to their 60s and beyond - and all of them have built portfolios. The best time to start is whenever you decide to. Students in their 60s have gone on to create genuine financial freedom through property. Age is not a barrier here.
Myth - you need to quit your job first
Reality
Toni Gargan was working full time in a corporate HR role when she started. She built her portfolio alongside her job and left on her own terms at 33. Our training is designed to work around your life - not replace it before you're ready.
Myth - you need an existing portfolio
Reality
Students come to us with a portfolio and without one - both are absolutely fine. If you already own property, we'll show you how to make it work harder. If you own nothing yet, we'll show you how to get your first deal. The training works either way.
Myth - It's too complicated to figure out
