Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions:
1. OVERVIEW
These Terms and Conditions (“terms”) govern participation in the Ambassador Program (“program”) operated by Progressive Property Ventures LLP and Unlimited Success Ventures Ltd T/A Progressive Success (“company”, “we”, “us”). By joining the program, you (“Ambassador”, “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 Participants must have attended one of the company courses and spent a minimum of £1500 to qualify.
2.3 We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.
3. AMBASSADOR OBLIGATIONS
As an ambassador, you agree to:
3.1 Promote our products and services honestly and in good faith to any referral.
3.2 Ensure all promotional activity complies with UK Laws and regulations, including those enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
3.3 Clearly disclose your relationship with any referral if any.
3.4 Avoid making false, misleading or unsubstantial claims.
3.5 Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with our brand values.
4. INCENTIVES
Ambassador will be eligible for incentives that include:
4.1 commission payments on referred sales amounting to 10%.
4.2 The Ambassador will receive the following for the referred sales:
- Between £3000-£5000 the ambassador will receive £200.
- Between £5000- £10000 the ambassador will receive £750.
- Between £10000-£15000 the ambassador will receive £1000.
- For any amount over £15000 the ambassador will receive £1500.
The referred sales are Ambassador specific.
4.3 The Ambassador may be subject to performance-based bonuses at the end of each financial year if they bring in the most revenue. Full details will be provided separately and may be amended at any time.
4.4 Complimentary products.
5. REFERRAL TRACKING
All referrals must be made using the Ambassadors unique referral link for the commission to be valid.
5.1 Incentives are only payable on verified and completed transactions.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or reverse incentives in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, cancellations or refunds.
5.3 All referrals must be new to our database; commission will not be paid for referrals already on our database.
6. PAYMENTS
Payments will be made 30 days after an event, subject to the Ambassador meeting the criteria stipulated within this agreement.
6.1 Payment is made after the Ambassador invoices the accounts team. Once the invoice is received the Ambassador will be paid by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
6.2 You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes, National insurance and any other liabilities arising from payments received.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The Ambassador must not:
7.1 Send unsolicited spam or engage in misleading promotional practice.
7.2 Run paid advertisements using the brand name without prior written consent.
7.3 Impersonate the company or falsely represent your relationship with us.
7.4 Promote products in connection with unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content.
7.5 We reserve the right to remove any Ambassador in breach of this clause and withhold unpaid incentives.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT
8.1 The Ambassador grants the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, reproduce and share any content you create in connection with the program for marketing purposes.
8.2 You must ensure that any content you publish does not infringe third party intellectual property rights.
9. DATA PROTECTION
9.1 We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection Laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 By participating, you consent to such processing as necessary for the administration of the program.

10. TERMINATION
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice.
10.2 You may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying us in writing.
10.3 Upon termination, any unpaid incentives may be forfeited at our discretion, particularly in cases of a breach.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILTY
The fullest extent permitted by Law, we shall not be liable for:
11.1 Any indirect or consequential losses.
11.2 Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities.
11.3 Technical failures affecting tracking or payments.
11.4 Noting in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury
caused by negligence or fraud.
12. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the program or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
