Progressive was co-founded in January 2007 by investor-entrepreneurs Mark Homer and Rob Moore.
How it Started
Progressive was largely an accident: the founders only had intentions to build their own property portfolio. But once they achieved income and freedom in their 20s, people kept asking for their strategies and secrets. Fast forward to now and Progressive is the UK's largest, yet still most personal property education company.
Our Story
The Progressive story has built over nearly 15 years, and endured a recession and full market cycle, where many went under. Originally a property company to buy and own properties for the founders, it evolved into a property sourcing company when the demand for property and the founders’ experience grew. Progressive has sourced almost 1,000 properties for the founders and investors.
Progressive Innovated
Progressive then innovated the property education space. First the UK’s best selling property book which opened the minds of the masses to property, and now 800 training days a year on multiple streams of property income, many from the Progressive training academy HQ in Peterborough, that the founders own.
From Property Ownership to Progressive Lets
Once the founders had sourced around 300 properties, Progressive Lets was formed in 2012, as a byproduct of owning and managing so many properties. Progressive Lets now manages nearly 1,000 properties, has a boutique sourcing arm, and manages many serviced accommodation and multi-let properties too; living the Progressive values of innovative and personal.
Property as a Mindset: The Birth of Progressive Success
Property is not just a strategy, but a lifestyle. It is not just a skillset, but a mindset. Rob Moore began to specialise in the personal development side of property as Mark continued heading up their acquisitions. Mark is currently developing around 200 units for their personal portfolio, and Progressive bought a struggling personal development business in 2009, which they turned around, renamed “Unlimited Success” and grew into an 8 figure business by 2016. This company has now merged into the Progressive brand, now known as “Progressive Success”.
Scaling Worldwide: The Progressive Property Network
The next stage of growth and innovation for Progressive is global scale. Progressive Property Network (PPN) events are located throughout the UK, and Progressive has new events launching in 6 countries across 4 continents.
Award-Winning Events and a Thriving Property Community
Progressive have also hosted the UK’s flagship property events the “Property SuperConferences”, won Property Wire business of the year award in 2016 & “Property Community of the year” in 2018. Progressive have trained many of the newer property education companies and have helped 10,000s of people in all walks of life and UK towns and cities on their journey towards freedom, choice and profit through multiple streams of property income.

The Progressive story
Neither Rob nor Mark intended to build a property training business, let alone the largest one in the UK. They simply wanted to invest in property themselves, full time, for more freedom, choice and profit.
December 2006
Rob & Mark meet each other. A chance encounter at a local property meeting in Peterborough — the very start of the partnership that would build Progressive.
2007
Progressive portfolio building began. Rob and Mark start actively investing in property together, laying the foundations of their combined portfolio.
2008
Started Progressive Property Training Business. What began as personal investing becomes the UK's largest property training company.
2009
Acquired Unlimited Success — now known as Progressive Success.
2010
UK's first Property Super Conference — featuring Rob, Mark and James Caan of Dragons' Den.
2012
Progressive Lets & Progressive Ambassadors Programme launched. Expanding both the property management and community arms of the business.
2013
Progressive Property Network launched. Building a nationwide community of property investors.
2014
First ever MSOPI — and Rob completes the World's Longest Speech, breaking a Guinness World Record.
2015
Disruptors Podcast launched. Rob's podcast goes on to be listened to in 192 countries across 1,600+ episodes and 3bn+ views and downloads.
2016
Team Speech World Record. Mark leads the Progressive team to break the Guinness World Record for the longest team speech marathon.
2017
Money.school & bestselling book Money by Rob Moore launched. A landmark year — a new platform and one of Rob's most celebrated books released simultaneously.
2018
Progressive Podcast Agency launched. Expanding beyond property and business training into the creator economy.
2020
Online Courses launched. Progressive takes its training digital, reaching a global audience.
2021
Aspect completed. 124,000 sqft commercial conversion and rooftop extension — one of Progressive's most significant development projects.
2022
PPHQ further expanded. Progressive Property HQ grows to support the scaling business and community.
2024
Progressive Business Network launched. A new network connecting entrepreneurs and business owners across the UK.
2025
Property.school launched. The latest chapter — a dedicated online school for property investors at every level.

Why Progressive?
Where else can you go to a bank, get a loan for most of the value of a property, go to a JV partner for the deposit and refurb, go to a tenant to pay your mortgage and JV partner costs, and generate passive cashflow with other people paying all your 'debt?'
And where else can you create ‘good debt’ to invest, and have the government eat away at that good debt over time through inflation, yet the value of your property doubles every 7-10 years?
Certainly not in the stock market. Or in the bank. Or under the mattress.
Since 1952, according to the Halifax house price data, has doubled in value every 7-10 years, even taking into account major crashes.
In fact, since 1088 post Doomsday book, when Land prices were first tracked, land and property has doubled every 10 years at worst. That’s almost 1000 years of historic evidence.
