Together, they leveraged their extensive experience to build their team and help other business owners navigate the challenges of VA recruitment and onboarding. At Outsourcing Hive, our mission is to empower business owners to maximise outsourcing opportunities, reduce running costs, and regain their valuable time. Joanna's personal goal is to make entrepreneurship accessible to everyone. Having started her own property business during her maternity leave, she understands the challenges of building a business from the ground up, with limited resources and understands the value that VA bring to small businesses.
